OPEN LETTER TO PRESIDENT KENYATTA

Greetings your Excellency!
If the media information  is what to go by,that you’ll be visiting Narok County to settle the current unrest, then better take a second thought like you did to the Kisumu tour and go to worthy summits.
This, I say not to underestimate your institutional capabilities and responsibilities that come with such a position but to forewarn of the expected failure of the same.
You got shoes on your face which were not meant for you but a county sheriff who kept provoking the proletariat.I’m proud that I’m out of the clannism cocoon and my criticism revolves around competence, diligence, professionalism and charismatic leadership.
The above mentioned qualities, I’m yet to see in my county. The current man in charge of the devolved unit has hatched, played and seemingly enjoying a pig get-dirty game. All development projects are inclined to have him as the main beneficiary. We’re in the age of reason Mr President and such walls created between the governing and the governed must tear down.
Narok is in denial, Narok is orphaned,Narok is ailing at the behest of an established bourgeois out to fleece us. It is a  county bleeding at the alters of devolution.
You’re either for us or against us.We don’t want you to be stung by bees and rushed to a hospital that you can’t be attended to.We don’t want you swept by floods. We don’t want you pay any park fee to the pocket of your junior,we don’t want you carried by ambulances on roads that are impassable,we don’t want you in trouble.
In my reasoned  option, opened to reasoned contradictions,if you make it to the Bonoko County stand with us and not with those out to have us on our knees. Narok is quickly catching up with political bullying, we don’t want you be told to your ears what is meant for you to read on a newspaper or rather imagined.
The current governor and his MCAs are a choir that’s headed to disdain, singing like a lost choir on pilgrimage in search of moral enrichment.
We come with one word “Cabujarejectamenta” simply saying NO.With due authority bestowed to me by our founding constitutional documents, I whisper to you that it’s not all well for the old crew. The spirit of service has long changed and that is the reason for the glamorous and clamorous cry.
With utmost respect Mr President, I humbly submit to you “Option Two” being  that you can as well go elsewhere but with your authority, compel anti-corruption czar Mumo Matemu and his toothless pact to act with urgency and if they so wish, to investigate and give a feedback on the same.
This, I say since I know it is  worth. If the guy in the devolved system can listen to you, with utmost respect have him make several contract documents and transactions accessible to the public if this is what is meant by TRANSPARENCY in Article 35 of the Constitution on right to access information.

If the county boss is not upto task have him do the most honourable thing and quit. This may not be opinionated though as it is practically impossible to stop a moving train which is set to ignite its engine on or about the 8th day of December.

Mau Forest is declining each day,as a matter of fact we’re facing a dry spell never recorded in human memory. When you sent your Deputy  there was a turn of events and you know very well what transpired. My governor will never address this.
Have these Kenyans resettled and the forest re-groomed. I want to believe with utmost respect that with good politics in play such a water tower will generate revenue through carbon-trading not only to the county but to the whole nation as voiced in the Kyoto Protocol.
Natural resources should not be used to return a favour for political scores.Your government is talking of regaining sanity in the lands sector, you know what this means for  Narok.
I rest my concerns having reasonably well briefed Your Excellency. If the above comes into fruition you can remove your shoes and come to the holy land till then don’t die with a Pharaoh whose political trend is headed for doom.
Happy Times Your Excellency.
